ELAN TROTMAN, JEFF LORBER & MICHAEL MANSON featuring Maya Azucena, Marlon McClain, Gorden Campbell

Elan Trotman

Born and raised in Barbados, educated at the world-renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston. Approaches jazz in his own way. Blending Caribbean rhythms from his roots with skillful horn textures has quickly become one of jazz’s most thrilling and emotive performers as he continues to stand out and push boundaries as a composer, performer, teacher and recording artist. So much so that the New England Urban Music Award and the Barbados Music Award both named him JAZZ ARTIST of THE YEAR on multiple occasions.

Many of his songs have been featured on The Weather Channel’s Local on the 8s segments, including appearances on the channel's compilation albums, The Weather Channel Presents: The Best Smooth Jazz and The Weather Channel Presents: Smooth Jazz II. He was nominated for a Grammy Award:
